Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and inventory organization
- Offer expert guidance on gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and related products
- Manage cashiering duties including processing payments via cash, credit cards, or e-commerce platforms
- Assist customers with inquiries in multiple languages to ensure inclusive service delivery
- Support store upkeep by participating in stock replenishment and maintaining cleanliness standards




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and building rapport

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering processes
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or related fields is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey product information and assist customers effectively
- Organizational skills to manage merchandise displays and stock levels efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Enthusiasm for e-commerce platforms and online sales support is advantageous
