Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers.
- Be persuasive and influence customers to buy the products and services that you are selling.
- Develop the product knowledge to be knowledgeable about the product or service that you are selling.
- Be able to sell solutions to problems that your customers are facing.
- Respond to customer needs.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Engage in product training and development activities.
- Help with administrative tasks; understand your company's financial goals, market trends, and its competition.
- Assist with appliance deliveries, including loading and unloading trucks and trailers and bringing appliances safely into customers' homes.
