Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster positive relationships
- Assist shoppers with product selection, offering detailed product demos and technical explanations as needed
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting
- Utilize strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clarity




- Support team members with time management tasks to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods

Qualifications

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales records
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
- Prior cashiering experience or familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory
