As the National Director, Canada, you will play a crucial role in the Canadian office of WorldServe. This executive-level position involves national fundraising leadership, forging donor partnerships, and guiding the Mission Engagement Advisor team. By collaborating closely with the executive team, you will enhance the organizational strategy while supporting the mission of serving the persecuted church through active fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and grow major donor relationships nationwide • Lead the Mission Engagement Advisor team effectively • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives • Drive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals • Represent WorldServe externally at key events

Requirements: • Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to deliver presentations to large audiences • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
