Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Team Lead to help launch and shape our first in-person retail location. In this energetic role, you will play a key part in bringing the Tuff Collection experience to life, overseeing daily store operations, creating an exceptional shopping environment, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will lead and motivate the retail team, drive sales, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure the store operates efficiently and reflects the Tuff Collection brand.

Duties

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Motivate and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Manage retail sales activities, POS transactions, and customer service interactions.
- Oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product displays, pricing strategies, and inventory management.




- Coordinate recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and participating in hiring decisions.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and promote store promotions or events.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.
- Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership qualities (confidence, integrity, communication)
- Sales driven and results oriented
- Active lifestyle
- Authentic, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Availability - 40 hours/week, Weekend Availability
- Community Marketing experience is an asset
