The wage range for this position is $22.34 at hire, $23.66 after 9 months, $24.97 after 18 months, and $26.29 after 24 months. however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and market location.

General Description:

As a Retread Technician, you will perform retreading functions for commercial tires through a series of manual and automated processes. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Train for all aspects of retread tire manufacturing including: inspecting and buffing tire carcasses, applying rubber compounds, curing, and quality control
- Follow processes to ensure retread tire completion
- Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies, including using protective safety equipment to ensure secure operation of machines
- Any other duties requested by management




- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to successfully complete all pre-employment criteria
- Ability to work any and/or rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime if applicable
- Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluent in French
- Previous experience in a manufacturing
