As a Security Guard, you will manage the safety and security of patrons at the top country bar in the GTA. This role requires interaction with guests, monitoring capacity levels, and working every weekend and holiday. Your ability to communicate effectively and support peers will enhance the guest experience and ensure safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon entry
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure their safety
• Keep track of capacity and assist as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Escort intoxicated patrons off the premises safely
Requirements:
• Must work all Friday and Saturday nights
• Security experience in hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to react quickly in various situations
• Capability to work independently and in teams
