Bayshore is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for its Sudbury location. This role entails assessment, treatment management, and education for diverse clients in need of Occupational Therapy.
Under the guidance of the Director of Therapy & Rehab, you will conduct thorough assessments, revise treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, you will effectively communicate strategies to both clients and care providers while educating them on therapy methods.
Key Responsibilities: • Assess and evaluate client needs for tailored therapy • Maintain accurate clinical records per regulatory standards • Collaborate with health team members for improved outcomes • Educate clients and care providers on treatment plans • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Requirements: • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy • Registered with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Three years of OT experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to continual learning and quality care
