Key Responsibilities:
• Problem-solve student and staff inquiries daily
• Support students in learning HCA duties effectively
• Monitor skills during practicum and provide feedback
• Complete weekly progress reports for each student
• Facilitate completion of practicum checklists
Requirements:
• 5 years of health care experience, preferably long-term care
• Required LPN/RN license and CPR certification
• Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in adult instruction is an asset
