We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires a robust attention to detail and the ability to work at heights safely and efficiently. As a Roofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and longevity of our clients' roofs.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs.
- Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and provide recommendations for repairs.
- Ensure all roofing work is completed according to safety standards and building codes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment safely, including ladders, scaffolding, and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary changes.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Roofer preferred (1-5 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength; comfortable working at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction work is preferred.
