Skilled Labourer / Roofer

Maximum Roofing is looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer / Roofer to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a crew, and is comfortable working in a fast paced construction setting. Previous roofing or construction experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Assist with residential and commercial roofing projects
- Install shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials
- Remove existing roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company safety procedures and instructions from crew leaders
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications
- Previous roofing or construction experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying roofing materials
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others




- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures at all times
