Job Summary

Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and minibar items to ensure guest satisfaction
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a clean and hazard-free setting
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels




- Provide friendly service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to lift heavy objects such as bedding or cleaning supplies; stamina for standing, walking, bending, and stretching throughout shifts
- Knowledge of hospitality operations or previous custodial experience enhances your fit for this role
- A positive attitude combined with reliability and strong communication skills
