ProResp is seeking a full time, permanent Service Delivery Representative working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities include the delivery and maintenance of oxygen equipment and providing exemplary care to clients while ensuring safety compliance. Successful candidates will perform vehicle inspections and foster positive client interactions, accommodating any additional patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver oxygen and related equipment to clients • Conduct vehicle maintenance and inspections • Ensure accurate loading of products based on daily requirements • Set up equipment for new and existing clients • Train clients on equipment operation and safety
Requirements: • Valid G Driver's License and satisfactory driving record • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly • Ongoing satisfactory vulnerable sector screening • Exceptional customer service skills • Minimum secondary school education
