Your role involves working closely with the Quality Director responsible for overseeing all safety management systems. You will establish reporting protocols, identify hazards, and facilitate timely corrective actions. This position also requires analyzing trends in safety incidents and delivering critical presentations that highlight safety initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive safety data system
- Review and analyze safety incidents and accidents
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented corrective actions
- Assess training adequacy as per regulations
- Provide visibility on SMS activities and progress Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Safety Management Systems
- Minimum six years in maintenance environment
- A Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence required
- Excellent English proficiency
