Transdev Canada is looking for a Safety & Training Manager in Kamloops, BC. Lead the charge in fostering a robust safety culture through effective training and compliance management. In this key role, reporting to the leadership team, you will implement safety and health programs with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Drive the continuous improvement of safety programs
- Liaise with WorkSafeBC for claims and inspections
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and assessments
- Develop and maintain employee training records
- Lead safety meetings and promote employee engagement Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Minimum of 7 years in occupational safety roles
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license essential
