Role: SailPoint IGA

Location: Calgary, Canada/ Dallas, TX

8-10 years of experience in IAM/IGA , with 7-8+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) .

Strong experience in identity lifecycle management, JML, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance .

Hands-on experience with application onboarding and SailPoint connectors .

Experience configuring Access Profiles, Entitlements, Roles, Identity Profiles, Workflows, and Lifecycle States .

Strong experience with Access Certifications, Access Requests, RBAC, and SoD .

Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory/LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, JDBC, REST/SOAP APIs .

Development experience with Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and SQL .

Strong troubleshooting experience with aggregation, provisioning, connector, workflow, and identity lifecycle issues .

Experience with SailPoint upgrades, migrations, production support, and deployments is preferred.

Solid communication skills with the ability to work with IAM, security, application, and business teams .
