Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Salad Station team member to join our vibrant Italian restaurant. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for preparing fresh salads and supporting overall food service operations. Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of fresh salads according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and garnishing dishes.
- Support the kitchen team with meal assembly and ensuring timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality, safe meals for guests.
- Help with general food service duties,



including serving guests and assisting front-of-house staff when needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues.

Skills

- Prior food handling or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly techniques.
- Understanding of food safety standards within a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn recent skills related to salad preparation and kitchen operations.
