Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brampton, ON. In this role, the Sales Associate engages directly with customers to understand their needs, present Bell products and services, and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their connectivity experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, conducting product demonstrations, processing sales transactions, and supporting customers with account inquiries or service issues.
The Sales
Associate collaborates with team members to meet and exceed sales targets,
participates in ongoing training to stay current on Bell offerings and promotions, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. This role involves consistent in-person customer interaction and requires a professional, service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Robust Communication skills, including clear, respectful verbal and written interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service skills focused on listening, problem-solving, and delivering positive, efficient experiences.
- Sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales in a consultative manner.
- Training and Sales Management skills, such as supporting team learning, following sales processes, and contributing to meeting store goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Brampton, ON, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and learning new digital tools.
- Previous retail, telecommunications, or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is an asset.
