Elmwood Optometry is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced retail optical environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Greet customers and assist with their needs.
- Schedule appointments for customers.
- Process daily close-outs and cash deposits.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Receive and process merchandise returns.
- Handle third-party billing.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Previous retail, sales, or optical experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided.
