Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and fostering solid customer relationships. Duties

- Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services, utilizing digital channels, events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and technical support to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that benefit both parties while maintaining profitability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team,

Qualifications

- Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development roles.

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
