Aer Rianta International Inc. is one of the major international airport Duty Free Boutiques Operator. We are looking for Sales Associates for our duty-free stores inside Edmonton International Airport. Come join our team!

Availability:

Available every day, including weekends, with a preference for afternoon and evening shifts. Preferred shifts are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Your key responsibilities will look like this:

- Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Ensure customers receive all the information and help they are entitled to and conduct cross-selling.
- Ensure the shop is fully stocked and that the displays are presentable and attractive.
- Ensure the rotation of all products and that all merchandise is correctly priced and ticketed.
- Perform transactions on the cash register and deliver parcels to the gates.
- Assist in physical inventory counting, when required.
- Perform any other related tasks, when needed, to support the operations and the supervisory staff.

Do you have what it takes?

- Secondary School Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Customer service oriented.
- Qualified attitudes and behaviour such as: teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, honesty, versatility, precision and proactive.
- Availability to work on varied schedule; afternoon, evening, weekend within the stores’ business hours.
- Must possess his own reliable transportation.




- Good communication interpersonal and communication skills in English.

To be considered for the position, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria as the role is based at an airport. They must be either Canadian citizens, permanent residents of Canada, or hold a valid Canadian work permit. Additionally, applicants should not have travelled outside of Canada for more than 6 months in the past 5 years. It's important to note that our interview process does not extend overseas, and we do not provide relocation assistance. Furthermore, we do not participate in LMIA or any sponsorship programs.
