Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key advantages and technical specifications
- Assist customers in selecting products by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Conduct upselling by suggesting complementary items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments with efficiency
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure products are attractive and accessible
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product labeling, and stock organization




- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service

Requirements

- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups is highly desirable
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, especially involving product demonstrations or technical explanations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and time efficiently
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures, cash handling, and phone etiquette is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels
