Responsibilities

- Greet patients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls and booking appointments
- Handle data entry efficiently our EHR to maintain accurate records.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic area, ensuring all office materials are accessible and well-presented.
- Assisting in frame and lens selection to interested customers

Experience





- Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive).
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical procedures is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone or in person.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Keen to complete sales
- Proficient in English and Chinese
