This position offers a permanent, full-time chance within the Human Resources department. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, excellent attention to detail, and robust knowledge of payroll legislation. You will support compliance and provide insights through analytics in addition to managing payroll and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end semi-monthly Canadian payroll • Process payroll changes, including terminations and adjustments • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation • Prepare statutory filings including T4s and Employer Health Tax • Support audits and budgeting activities with Finance
Requirements: • 3-5 years of payroll and benefits experience • ADP Workforce Now experience required • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Commitment to accuracy and detail
