Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is seeking Blasters’ Helpers to join their team at the Eskay Creek Mine site in British Columbia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative mining setting, supporting safe and efficient blasting operations in an open-pit setting. Ideal candidates will have experience in mining, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work in remote, rugged conditions on a rotational schedule.

What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record suitable for site vehicle use
- 3 years’ experience in an open-pit mining environment
- Knowledge of blasting standards, regulations, and explosives products
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotations (days/nights), weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Physically able to work in extreme weather and rugged terrain, including lifting/moving heavy objects
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
