• Monitor social interactions during activities and events
• Facilitate introductions for recent residents to foster engagement
Requirements:
• Degree in recreation, therapeutic recreation, or related field
• Familiarity with senior motivation concepts
• Knowledge of leisure principles
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check
