Elevate organizational efficiency as the Executive Assistant & Governance Coordinator, supporting the Executive Director and leadership in a hybrid setting. Drive governance and communication excellence across the organization.
In this pivotal role, you will provide executive support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will span managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with governance obligations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director
• Manage weekly and monthly leadership reports and compliance deadlines
• Coordinate Board meetings and prepare comprehensive materials
• Maintain organizational records, documentation, and contracts
• Collaborate with working groups and project coordinators as needed
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of senior administrative experience
• Proven support for Governance Boards and executive meetings
• Strong writing skills for executive-level reports
• Experience with project coordination and tracking
• High school diploma required; governance certification an asset
Support effective organizational operations and governance through strong executive assistance and project coordination.
