Duties

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to encourage informed purchasing decisions
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
- Utilize communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth store operations

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales environments is preferred
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on technical features
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to foster positive interactions
- Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages enhances customer engagement
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Excellent organizational skills for merchandising, stock management, and time management
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with cashiering systems (POS), merchandising techniques, and retail operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience
