Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features through compelling product demos to highlight benefits and functionalities
- Assist customers with selecting glasses, providing expert advice catered to their needs and product options
- Conduct upselling by recommending complementary products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and promote featured items
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are well-presented for maximum appeal
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in basic math calculations and cash handling procedures
- Support store organization through effective time management and adherence to store policies

Requirements





- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively; Bengali or Tagalog language is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or optical sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate confidently and explain best options clearly to customers
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for providing quotes and to succeed in sales role, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems is advantageous
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm for technology products and helping customers find solutions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
