Position Overview

We are seeking a sales representative with an established background in direct sales and cold-calling.

If you're a motivated sales professional with extensive industry knowledge and a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Generate new business through your network, referrals, industry relationships, and proactive prospecting.
- Consult with clients to recommend custom solutions including blinds, shades, exterior screens, drapery, closets, cabinetry, wallpaper, and related home products.
- Conduct accurate on-site measurements for window coverings, closets, cabinetry, and other custom installations.
- Understand client needs.
- Collaborate with internal design, operations, and installation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
