The Sales Enablement Manager contributes to the achievement of the vision of the Business Effectiveness team in both the Personal Lending and Sales segment as well as the Business and Agricultural segment of the credit union.
The Sales Enablement Manager plays a key role in driving the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the credit union's distribution channels - including branch network and alternative channels and includes all lines of business. As a strategic partner within the Business Effectiveness team, this individual is responsible for designing and optimizing sales frameworks, tools, and processes that support effective Owner engagement and revenue growth. This role will focus on equipping all sales and Owner-facing teams with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to maximize owner value, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.
This role ensures alignment across sales planning, lead management, CRM optimization, and campaign execution—empowering front-line staff to deliver exceptional service and meet key business objectives.
The base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, education/training and internal equity. Our compensation practices are equitable and transparent, and support progression through the salary range as employees grow in the role.
The Role
- Develop and implement targeted business planning processes in collaboration with branch leadership to align sales activities with corporate growth objectives.
- Lead branch strategy development to ensure optimal resource allocation, member accessibility, and sales opportunity maximization.
- Lead the creation and refinement of annual and quarterly sales plans, incorporating corporate priorities, product and service initiatives, and market opportunities. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to forecast sales performance and set realistic, stretch targets for regions, branches, and sales teams.
- Champion continuous CRM platform optimization, ensuring tools are fully leveraged to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification, through to calls, appointments, and closed sales.
- Drive activity management strategies to monitor and improve key sales behaviors and ensure high-value interactions are prioritized.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign planning, ensuring branch readiness and seamless promotional execution that supports member engagement and product uptake.
- Translate high-level promotional strategies into tactical execution guides, outlining the specific sales behaviors, scripts, talking points, owner scenarios, and success metrics for frontline teams. Ensure consistent delivery across all sales channels.
- Create structured processes for capturing frontline feedback on campaign relevance, clarity, and effectiveness. Use insights to inform future campaign design and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end leads management process, establishing efficient systems to track, distribute, and nurture leads.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and advisors in implementing best practices in portfolio management, focusing on growth, retention, and cross-sell strategies.
- Lead efforts in sales performance tracking by designing actionable dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs across branches and sales teams.
- Design and manage sales incentive programs that drive behavior aligned with business priorities, ensuring transparency and fairness in execution.
What We’re Looking For
- University Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business development, or sales operations within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into frontline action plans.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
