Customer Solutions This is a hybrid role requiring a min of 3 days in the Toronto office Acts as a subject matter expert on specific sales force programs and applications for the Financial Planning Program. Analyzes business opportunities to recommend current strategies, programs, and tactics. Designs and executes programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales force, including the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a suite of sales force applications/programs including Scorecard, target setting, compensation administration/initiatives, and process improvement.
Provides support to employees to facilitate the achievement of business results. Manages investigations / escalations from sales leaders. Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group. Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business. Assists in the development of strategic plans. Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy. Coordinates the management of databases; ensures alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues. Participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives. Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
Leads/participates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes. Identifies business needs, designs/develops tools and training programs; may include delivery of training to audiences.
Breaks down strategic problems and analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues. Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Develops and manages a business/group program. Develops sales force tools and assists with training programs.
Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support. Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Program management skills - In-depth.
Change management and leadership skills - In-depth. Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience. Data driven decision making - In-depth. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
