Job Title: Sales Representative – Auto Recycled Parts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team specializing in recycled auto parts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, sourcing recycled parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell recycled auto parts to retail and wholesale customers, body shops, and repair facilities.
- Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs using inventory systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of inventory, pricing, and part availability.
- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Process sales orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately.




- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to fulfill orders promptly.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous sales experience in the auto parts industry strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is essential.
- Familiarity with recycled/used auto parts a plus.
- Proficient with inventory software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in a warehouse or shop environment.
- Occasionally lift or move parts up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions:

- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Permanent Full-time

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
