Job Summary

As the Sales Receptionist at Guelph Nissan Infiniti, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers entering the dealership. You will greet customers, answer incoming calls, manage appointments, assist with customer inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the dealership team.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role supports dealership operations including vehicle administration, licensing, garage register updates, demo and loaner tracking, filing, deposits, petty cash, purchase orders, cheque processing, and other administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
- Manage appointments, customer deliveries, and front desk communication.
- Provide dealership administration support, including filing, mail processing,



office supplies, purchase orders, and document management.
- Support vehicle inventory administration, including used vehicle stocking, wholesale documentation, licensing, garage register updates, demo and loaner tracking, and related dealership records.
- Assist with financial and operational administration, including deposits, petty cash, cheque processing, driver pay documentation, and financial record keeping.
- Support a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom and customer-facing environment.
- Follow all company policies, health and safety requirements, and dealership procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum two (2) years of office administration, accounting support, dealership administration, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with vehicle inventory administration, vehicle licensing, financial processing, and dealership management systems is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.



Experience with CDK and manufacturer systems is considered an asset.
- A valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence is preferred but not required.
