We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. Duties

- Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, walk in visits and outreach efforts
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms to close sales effectively
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market share
- Participate in company marketing
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks
- Attend industry events, trade shows,



and company meetings to stay informed about market trends and product updates
- Resolving customer complaints. You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the desire to succeed in a competitive environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
