Position: Sales Representative

Industry: Used Automotive Dealership

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our used car dealership team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to completing the sale, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, and online.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, warranty, and available options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and complete sales in accordance with dealership policies.
- Prepare and complete sales documents, purchase agreements, and other required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with finance, administration,



and service departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Ensure vehicles are properly presented and ready for customer delivery.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and dealership sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers and coworkers.
- Follow all applicable dealership, consumer protection, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer and email skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales setting.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part time

Location: Used Car Dealership

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
