Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to highlight perks and value
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and presentable
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Use effective phone etiquette to follow up with clients and support ongoing sales initiatives





Requirements

- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability (English plus additional language) is highly desirable for diverse customer engagement
- Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing simple calculations
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
- Customer service mindset with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
