ABOUT THE ROLE

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is looking for a Recruiter to support our recruitment operations and manage candidates throughout the hiring funnel. This is a highly coordination-focused role requiring strong follow-up, organization, communication, and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage candidates through the recruitment funnel, including profile matching, follow-ups, interview scheduling, preparation, orientation, selection, and joining.
- Work closely with the Account Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Head of Recruitment to match candidates with suitable opportunities and ensure candidates are correctly allocated to the appropriate province, zone, campaign, or hiring area.
- Coordinate with candidates, agents, clients,



and internal stakeholders to ensure interviews are attended on time and all recruitment requirements are completed.
- Conduct one-on-one candidate coordination and interview preparation and provide candidates with transparent information about roles and next steps.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, reports, dashboards, and recruitment pipeline updates.
- Monitor candidate progress, identify delays or drop-offs, and ensure timely follow-up at every stage.
- Handle day-to-day agent/client escalations and coordinate with the relevant team members for resolution.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Previous experience in Francophone recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination.
- Experience working with a recruitment/staffing agency or high-volume hiring environment.
- Experience with international recruitment or multi-location hiring is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, and communication platforms.
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
