Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, this role involves managing ongoing operations of IT systems and services. You will focus on planning, system integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security of RPL’s technological setting. Your contributions will ensure the Library continues to thrive in its mission to connect and support the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer library IT systems and infrastructure • Optimize performance and monitor service delivery • Document system changes and train IT staff • Ensure compliance with software licensing • Troubleshoot and maintain hybrid cloud configurations
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field • Minimum two years in IT infrastructure management • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services • Knowledge of Microsoft services and systems • Proficiency in automation tools like Power Automate
