In this full-time role, you will be an active classroom educator while addressing the diverse needs of children. Your expertise in early childhood education will allow you to implement behavioral strategies and individual support plans effectively. Flexibility to work across multiple locations is essential to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver developmentally appropriate programming in collaboration with the classroom team
• Maintain compliance with CCEYA standards and policies
• Support children’s social, emotional,



and physical needs
• Work with the team to create inclusive environments
• Plan and implement daily indoor and outdoor activities
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education OR related field
• Good standing with the College of ECE
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months)
• Experience with children requiring behavioral support
• Ability to lift children up to 40lbs
