Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and CRM Specialist to optimize our customer relationship management systems and enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in CRM platforms, cloud computing, and database management, with a focus on Salesforce integration and customization. This role involves implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support strategic sales initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and organization within the CRM.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, fields, and workflows as required.
- Assist users with Salesforce questions, troubleshooting, and best practices.




- Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and overall system efficiency.
- Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of Salesforce.
- Work with internal departments to understand CRM needs and recommend solutions.
- Assist with ongoing Salesforce projects, updates, integrations, and system improvements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and best practices.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and managing CRM data.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
- Ability to manage priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Salesforce certification is considered an asset.
