As an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce , you will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to our clients.



You'll work with our talented AI team to make significant contributions to our success and delight customers.

Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members Follow and understand recent Salesforce product and technical capabilities 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role ~5+ years of CRM industry experience ~ Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud ~ Experience with GenAI prompt writing ~ Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms ~ Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences ~ Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutes Leadership interview (Video) - 45 minutes Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.
