MC College is seeking a Customer Service Professional to serve as Salon/Spa Coordinator. Working in our fast-paced school environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for checking in clients for services, promoting retail sales, and assisting with inventory procedures.

What MC College Is Looking For The ideal candidate has:

- Customer service experience
- Retail sales experience
- Appointment booking/scheduling experience
- Ability to work in a busy, quick-paced environment
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Salon or spa experience (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and check in salon/spa clients
- Manage appointment scheduling and student service bookings
- Process cash transactions and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain client records




- Recommend products and support retail sales
- Assist with inventory procedures
- Merchandise products to maximize sales
- Support and motivate students in alignment with MC College's mission and values
