We're excited to announce the expansion of our salon brand on Main Street, and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Stylist/Salon Manager to join our founding team.

Average Pay: From $60,000 per year (not including tips and bonuses)

Qualifications

- Licensed/certified hairstylist with 7+ years of salon experience (cutting, coloring, and styling)
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing a team; a strong plus if you've directly managed salon staff before
- People-oriented, with a genuine passion for developing others and building a strong team culture
- A sales-driven mindset and passion to grow in the industry
- Excellent client communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage a full appointment book alongside team leadership responsibilities
- Passion for continuous learning and growth,



with ambitions to grow toward salon ownership
- English language fluency
