This role involves creating and implementing Individual Education Plans, attending meetings with stakeholders, and providing necessary support for designated students. The teacher will also participate in extracurricular activities, enhancing the school community. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement Individual Education Plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, E.A.s, and parents in meetings




- Provide tailored resource support for designated students
- Manage referrals for external professional services

- Degree or diploma in Special Education or related field
