Bare Wax Bar in Kitsilano and Sugarbox in Yaletown are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and organized Receptionist/Salon Coordinator to join our team! Guest experience is of the utmost importance in our business, so the ideal candidate prides themselves on creating excellent customer service, has strong multitasking and communication skills, and is able to handle client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The perfect candidate to fill this role would be extremely dependable, well-spoken, and highly self-motivated.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receptionist/Coordinator duties such as answering incoming calls, booking and confirming appointments, welcoming guest to the salon, cash handling and balancing, replying to emails, promoting and selling retail products, coordinating esthetician schedules and appointments and other administration duties.
- Be knowledgeable of all services offered by Bare Wax Bar and Sugarbox.
- Assist in salon cleaning and organization ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Recommend retail products to customers based on individual client needs.
- Occasionally receive, sort and organize retail inventory.
- Additional duties as required.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

- Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Must have previous sales,



customer service and cash handling experience.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative thinking and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to organize client bookings for estheticians and deal with guests in a professional manner.
- Working knowledge of Insight Salon & Spa software would be an asset.
- Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to maintain all health & Safety Standards.
