Fuzion Flooring – Sample Coordinator (FULL TIME)

Reporting to – Product Manager

Under the direction of the Product Manager, the Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the complete lifecycle of all Fuzion Flooring samples. This includes coordinating sample requirements for new product launches with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development teams, and external vendors to ensure launches are delivered on time, accurately, and with all necessary sales tools in place.

The Sample Coordinator develops sample specifications and coordinates the fabrication of samples through the Operations team and external vendors. The role also maintains clear communication with internal teams regarding sample availability, timelines, specifications, and contents, ensuring stakeholders have the samples and information they need to effectively support each product launch and sales initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Launch

- Work with product and technical teams to develop all sample specifications
- Assist in the development of new Merchandising formats
- Create and maintain all Sample and Display order forms
- Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure sample deliveries to the field
- Monitor, report and communicate current launch status

Sample Orders and Fabrication





- Facilitate and prioritize in house sample production – communication with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations
- Coordinate all special sample requirements from the field
- Support sample requests from Sales and Customer service through order entry and communication of priorities to Operations
- Significant amount of planning required (plan sample production, sample related material labels, pins, covers etc.)
- Coordinate sample needs with product team
- Maintain all sample inventories

Showroom/Tradeshows · Coordinate the display of all products in the Fuzion Showroomswhich requires making modifications for new and discontinued product changes

· Coordinate the mapping of all products in the showroom

· Facilitate the production and consolidation of tradeshow requirements supplied by sales, by keeping them aware of timelines, coordinating special requirements and working with Supply Chain to deliver on time and accurately

Knowledge & Skills Required

- 1-3 years of business or marketing experience, preferably within the flooring/building materials industry
- College diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably related to business & marketing

· Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and external vendors to successfully execute sample launches · Proven ability to build strong working relationships and align multiple stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables





· Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and sample launches simultaneously

· Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges and keep initiatives moving forward

Hiring Range: $65,000.00-$70,000.00
