Duties

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling products when appropriate.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order accuracy.




- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, or similar cash register technology.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
