Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day

SAP application support to business users.

- Analyze and resolve SAP incidents, service requests, and system issues.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Perform basic

SAP configuration and system changes where applicable.

- Work with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

- Conduct testing for SAP enhancements, fixes, and new functionality.

- Prepare test cases, documentation, and user guides.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Support SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.

- Monitor system performance and investigate recurring issues.

- Coordinate with developers for required ABAP/custom development.

- Participate in

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

and defect resolution.

- Maintain SAP master data and assist with data validation where required.





- Provide training and support to end users.

- Follow IT service-management processes for incident and change management.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of

SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA

.

- Knowledge of at least one SAP module, such as:

- SAP MM

– Materials Management

- SAP SD

– Sales & Distribution

- SAP FI/CO

– Finance & Controlling

- SAP PP

– Production Planning

- SAP HCM

– Human Capital Management

- Understanding of business processes related to the selected module.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand functional requirements.

- Basic knowledge of SAP configuration and troubleshooting.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
