Job Title: SAP Functional CRM Senior Consultant – S/4HANA Service & Customer Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Functional CRM Consultant and subject matter expert to drive the functional design and transformation of customer service processes as part of a strategic SAP CRM-to-S/4HANA migration within a leading financial services organization. This role demands deep domain knowledge, hands-on solution design capability, and the ability to enhance our technical credibility and solution depth with the client.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional design and configuration across SAP CRM and S/4HANA Service Management modules
- Define and execute CRM-to-S/4 conversion strategy, including service process redesign and business process optimization
- Drive CRM object migration planning for Business Partner, Lead, Opportunity, Case, and FS Quote
- Design and validate safeguard migration patterns to ensure data integrity and business continuity
- Support UI transition strategy from CRM Web UI to SAP Build Work Zone / Fiori, ensuring functional alignment
- Ensure preservation of end-to-end mortgage origination capabilities under a phased rollout and parallel run model
- Act as a subject matter expert in client-facing workshops, solution reviews, and steering committee sessions




- Collaborate closely with technical developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver an integrated solution

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with a focus on SAP CRM and S/4HANA Service Management
- Proven track record in customer service transformation programs within financial services (banking, insurance, or mortgage/lending preferred)
- Deep expertise in CRM-to-S/4HANA migration including functional scoping, gap analysis, and process redesign
- Hands-on experience with CRM object models: Business Partner, Lead, Opportunity, Case, Activity Management
- Strong understanding of SAP Build Work Zone / Fiorifrom a functional/UX perspective
- Experience with phased rollout and parallel run delivery models in complex, regulated environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present to C-level and client leadership
- Ability to work on-site in downtown Toronto 4 days per week

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP BTP integration scenarios
- Knowledge of SAP CPQ or FS Quote processes
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM for migration governance
- Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 or major SI (e.g., CGI, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM)

Pay: $53.74-$90.92 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (York District)
